MMH

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 September 2026 · Between you and SYNVERTIX TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, operator of MMH — Manage My Health

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and SYNVERTIX TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD ("MMH", "we", "us"). By registering for or using MMH — the website, the installable web app and any related service — you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. It is generated by a computer system and does not require a physical or digital signature.

2. What MMH is — and is not

MMH is a technology platform that helps patients discover, book and manage appointments with independently practising doctors and independently operated hospitals/clinics. MMH is an "intermediary" within the meaning of section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and is not itself a healthcare provider. We do not employ the doctors listed on the platform, we do not practise medicine, and we do not diagnose, prescribe or treat. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy or outcome of any medical advice, diagnosis or treatment given by a doctor or hospital listed on MMH.

We take reasonable steps to verify doctors (Medical Council registration) and hospitals (registration documents) and show a "Verified" badge when this is complete. Verification is not a guarantee or endorsement of clinical quality; please use your own judgement before proceeding with any treatment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMH and SYNVERTIX TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from medical treatment, advice, negligence or malpractice by any doctor or hospital on the platform. Your relationship for the purpose of medical care is directly with that doctor or hospital, not with MMH. Nothing here limits any right you have against a doctor or hospital under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law.

3. Not for emergencies; teleconsultation

  • MMH is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, do not wait for a token or booking — go to the nearest hospital or call 112 / 108.
  • Voice input, search and any information shown on MMH is for convenience only and is not medical advice.
  • Where a doctor offers a remote consultation, the consultation is governed by the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 (Indian Medical Council Regulations, 2002, Appendix 5), which make the registered medical practitioner responsible for deciding whether a remote consultation is appropriate, for obtaining your consent, and for maintaining records. MMH only provides the technology.

4. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be 18 or older to hold an account in your own name. A parent or lawful guardian may register and manage an account for a child, and gives consent on the child's behalf (see the Privacy Policy).
  • You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. Doctors must hold a valid, verifiable Medical Council registration; hospitals/clinics must hold valid registration under applicable law.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTPs confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
  • One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone or share your account.
  • MMH may suspend or terminate any account that provides false information, violates these Terms or the law, or harms other users or the platform. Where possible we will tell you why and, for verification decisions, allow you to correct and resubmit.

5. Verification process

Doctor and hospital applications go through document review by our team, followed by location verification and bank-account verification, before receiving "Verified" status. Patients verify their identity with one government ID and a photograph. We use third-party verification providers for these checks. MMH may reject or revoke verification at its discretion, communicating reasons to the applicant and, where appropriate, allowing resubmission of corrected information.

6. Booking, tokens and cancellations

  • Booking an appointment or joining a walk-in queue does not guarantee a specific consultation time; the live token system provides an estimate only, and a doctor may be delayed or unavailable.
  • You can cancel a booking from your appointments page. Refunds on paid consultations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy: in short, a cancellation at least 2 hours before the slot is refunded in full, and a cancellation by the doctor/hospital is always refunded in full.
  • If a doctor cancels or is unavailable, we will try to notify you and offer another slot.

7. Doctor and hospital code of conduct

Doctors and hospitals listed on MMH agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information about qualifications, services, fees, insurance/government-scheme acceptance and availability
  • Comply with the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002, the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 and all other laws applicable to them, including the Clinical Establishments Act where it applies
  • Treat patients professionally and keep patient information confidential
  • Issue prescriptions only to patients they have genuinely consulted, and include the mandatory registration details on every prescription
  • Not use the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purpose, not advertise in a way the law prohibits, and not solicit patients away from the platform to avoid lawful fees for consultations booked through it

Violation may result in suspension or removal from the platform. Doctors and hospitals are independent of MMH; nothing here creates employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture.

8. Patient responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registration and health information; the doctor's advice depends on it
  • Attend booked appointments or cancel in good time
  • Not use MMH as a substitute for professional medical advice or emergency care
  • Post reviews only for visits that actually happened, honestly and lawfully

9. Prohibited conduct and content

In line with Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you must not upload, post or share content that: belongs to someone else without the right to share it; is defamatory, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, harassing, or promotes hatred; infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other right; impersonates another person; contains malicious code; is false or misleading (including fake reviews or forged documents); threatens the unity, integrity, defence or security of India or public order; or violates any law. You also must not attempt to break, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the platform, or access data you are not authorised to see.

We may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that breach this section, and may preserve and disclose information to authorities where the law requires. Content that you upload remains yours; you give MMH a limited licence to store, display and transmit it as needed to run the service for you.

10. Fees and payments

  • Doctors pay a subscription of ₹299 per doctor per month; listing a hospital/clinic master account is free. A doctor's first staff login is free and each additional staff login is ₹49 per month. Hospitals with 30 or more doctors pay a flat ₹9,999 per month. Full details are on the Pricing page.
  • Patients pay a one-time KYC verification fee of ₹24 at registration, shown separately from any other charge.
  • Where a consultation fee is paid online in advance, a payment-processing charge (payment-gateway costs plus the platform's service fee) is shown separately before you confirm. MMH collects the consultation fee as a payment intermediary and passes it to the doctor/hospital.
  • The SMS/WhatsApp wallet is prepaid and usage-based; usage beyond the free monthly allowance is deducted from the wallet.
  • Unless stated otherwise, amounts are in Indian Rupees and taxes (GST) are added or included as shown at checkout, with a tax invoice available for MMH's own charges.
  • Payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway. MMH does not store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
  • We may change fees with prior notice; the price shown in the app before you are charged is the price that applies.

11. Data and privacy

By using MMH, you consent to the processing and sharing described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your specific consents (general processing, sharing with your treating doctor, marketing) are separate and can be withdrawn as described there.

12. Intellectual property

The MMH name, logo, software, design and content we create are the property of SYNVERTIX TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD or its licensors. You may use the platform for its intended purpose but may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit any of it without our written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, or that wait-time estimates will be exact. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMH's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to MMH (not to any doctor or hospital) in the 3 months before the claim arose, and MMH is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, or takes away any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. MMH is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control (such as network or power failure, third-party service outage, natural events, or government action).

14. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Intermediary Guidelines Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer handles complaints about the platform, content, fees, refunds or privacy:

Grievance Officer — SYNVERTIX TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD

Designation: Grievance Officer / Data Protection contact
Email: contact@synmmh.com
Postal address: #26, Krishnareddy Layout, Konappana Agrahara, Electronic City Phase-2, Near Vinayaka Temple, Bengaluru - 560100

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. Privacy-rights requests (access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal, nomination) are answered within 90 days at the latest.

Complaints about content that breaches section 9 are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days; other complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within 30 days of receipt. You may also seek help from the National Consumer Helpline (1915 / consumerhelpline.gov.in).

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using MMH and delete your account at any time (subject to the Privacy Policy's retention rules and any dues). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, for legal or security reasons, or if we discontinue the service (with reasonable notice where practicable). Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including fees due, liability, intellectual property and dispute resolution — survive.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first contact us so we can try to resolve any dispute amicably. If that fails:

  • Doctors, hospitals and other business users: the dispute will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; the seat and venue is Bengaluru, Karnataka, and the language is English. Subject to that, the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Patients (consumers): the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, and this does not take away your right to approach a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where you are entitled to.

17. General

  • Changes: we may revise these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version, we will notify you of material changes in the app or by email, and continued use after the change means you accept it.
  • Severability: if any part is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
  • No waiver: a delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • Entire agreement: these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy together are the whole agreement between you and MMH about the platform.
  • Notices: we may notify you by in-app message, SMS, WhatsApp or email to the contact details on your account.
